With over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, as well as previous sales roles that included account management, customer service, and relationship management, Kelsey brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success in agent support and development. Kelsey’s extensive background includes over seven years as a Sales Manager, Trainer, and Broker in North and South Carolina. There, she developed and conducted sales associate training programs and mentored agents on business development strategies. She also provided guidance on lead generation, client relationship management, and sales techniques to cultivate top-performing real estate professionals.
In her previous role as Western NC Sales Manager for over five years, Kelsey managed the Western NC division of the #1 Real Estate Team in the Region and the Top 5 Real Estate Team for one of the leading real estate companies in Charlotte. She single-handedly led the team’s first expansion market to Asheville, NC, building a new team from the ground up to become the top expansion market in the region.
