Holly’s path to real estate is as dynamic as her approach to serving clients. A proud graduate of Asheville High School, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Davidson College and a Master’s in Education from Western Carolina University. Before transitioning to real estate, Holly spent 17 years as a high school biology teacher and varsity coach, fostering her strong leadership skills and passion for guiding others. She spent summers leading adventure trips to Costa Rica and teaching sailing along the coasts of North Carolina, Maine, and Baja California, experiences that reflect her love for adventure, teamwork, and resilience—qualities that now define her approach to real estate.

Beyond her professional achievements, Holly is deeply involved in the Asheville community. She serves as Vice President of the Upper School Parent’s Association at Carolina Day School, a role she has held for three years. Additionally, she is the Head Varsity Field Hockey Coach at Carolina Day School, where she brings her expertise and competitive drive to the next generation of student-athletes. Holly is also an active member of the Children’s Well-Being League (CWL), furthering her dedication to making a meaningful impact in the community she serves.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Holly embraces the great outdoors—hiking, skiing, traveling, and cheering from the sidelines. She treasures time spent

with her two active teen boys and three dogs—a yellow lab and two dachshunds—who keep her on her toes.

A former Division I collegiate athlete and team captain, Holly approaches real estate with the same discipline, determination, and competitive spirit that fueled her athletic career.
