Kim’s real estate career began in Tampa, where she worked as a commercial property manager for a leading developer. After building a vacation home in Maggie Valley and spending years visiting the region, she and her husband—who is a residential home builder—made the life-changing decision to relocate permanently. Now, she is excited to leverage her expertise to help others find their dream homes in the mountains.
